On the right hand side of the web page you will see an option to chat online live with a staff member of the BreezeCare Clinic in Australia. We can answer any questions you may have about your ordering or use of the products. We will try to be online as much as possible but we do also run a full time clinic and must see patients. To enter the chat all you need to do is click the "Online Chat" button to begin. For the times we are not available you will not see the Chat Button but you will be able to "Ask A Question" instead and we will email a response to you as quickly as possible.
If You Need To Track Your Order All orders are sent with UPS Courier directly to your door. We subsidise the UPS Postage Cost to keep our products affordable for everyday use. You will need to sign for the parcel so you must ensure that you place a physical address on your order from and not a PO Box or an APO address. Below is a form that will allow you to see the status of your order. If it has been shipped or if there were any troubles with processing your order. For actual tracking of the parcel, UPS will send you a separate tracking email to the email address you supply with your order. Orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 days and are always packaged in discreet packaging or UPS Bags.
