Payment Types Accepted
1. Credit Cards
Payment made by Visa Mastercard or American Express is done at our Head office in Australia. Your pound amount is converted to Australian Dollars using the official rate of the day issued to us at National Australia Bank www.nab.com.au. So the actual amount on your credit card is Australian Dollars
2. Paypal
If you want to ensure your card only shows UK pounds without any currency conversion then you should use Paypal to process your order. Paypal accepts the same credit cards as our Head Office in Australia but the amounts stay in UK Pounds without any currency conversions. You do not need to beling to Paypal to use their card processing facilities.
3. MoneyBookers
MoneyBookers will accept debit cards, maestro or switch cards. You need to have a mobile phone to use this service as they will send you an SMS to your phone as a security measure. You do not need a Moneybookers account unless you are drawing funds from your bank account.
4. Direct Deposit to our Barclays Bank Account
You can also make a direct deposit to our Barclays Bank Account if you live in the United Kingdom. On checkout you will see this option and at completion of the order you will be given our bank account details. Once you have made the deposit to our account, please email your receipt number and time of payment to dentist@breezecare.com . Once we confirm your deposit we will process and send your order.
When you check out your order, the shopping cart will give you an option to choose which method of payment you wish to use.
All currency on this website is in UK£ Pounds only. Other BreezeCare Sites will offer currencies such as US Dollars, Euros, Singapore Dollars and Australian Dollars. For these other sites you need to select a site from the BreezeCare websites listed under "About Us" at the top of the page.
How We Will Send Your Order
UPS Courier Procedure: Parcels are processed immediately on receipt of order, and then picked up by UPS every day. UPS personally airlifts the parcels to United Kingdom or your country of choice, where they are processed through their own customs and then delivered to your door. This form of postage allows BreezeCare and yourself to trace the parcel from processing to delivery. The parcel must be signed for at your end, to ensure proper completion of the order. Should the goods become lost or damaged, BreezeCare will enter discussions with UPS on your behalf, and will either resend your order or affect compensation for any non delivery. You must ensure that you give us a correct address for delivery. No PO Boxes please.
NOTE: You are responsible for any duties, customs or taxes levied by your country. These charges may apply when the package is delivered.
Pacel Packaging
All products are sent in UPS Packaging with no identifying marks on the outside. This maintains your privacy, and also allows you to confidently ship the parcel to your work address, or even have the parcel left with a friend or neighbour. Australia, US and Canadian Customs insist that the contents of the package must be described on the outside of the box. Therefore the box will say: " Mouthwash and toothpaste for personal use". Apart from this description, we will attach a return Post Office Box address as required by the postage companies.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be a satisified customer, and therefore we try to inform you at all times of of the best products that we feel suit your condition. However as we are selling medicines that are shipped from Australia, and are crossing various international borders, we cannot accept any return of product. We do offer a limited guarantee for first time users of KForce. Please see each individual guarantee on each individual order page.
