Recaldent Chewing Gum (Mint & tropical) |
|
Recaldent Chewing Gum is an invention by Professor Reynolds of Melbourne University. Professor Reynolds and his collegues used a peptide derived from the milk product, casein. This peptide can absorb through the tooth surface to become new internal tooth structure. Thus it can be used to stop small decay spots and actually reverse small decay sites. More information on this is available in our articles section.
Recaldent Chewing Gum comes in two gum flavours. A strong mint and a more fruity tropical flavour. Each box comes with 20 packets of Recaldent gum. The mint packets contain 14 pellets each, and the tropical packets contain 8 sticks each. Every stick is equal to 2 pellets.
