How To Use KForce Toothpaste
KForce Toothpaste is in concentrated form so only a pea size amount should be used on a dry brush to clean your teeth and gums. I recommend using the softest toothbrush you can find. Personally I like the Orasweet toothbrush as it has two layers of bristles. Only use two fingers of pressure when cleaning your teeth. This is all that is needed to remove the plaque that forms during the day.
Clean your teeth and then floss the toothpaste between each tooth before you spit out. Rinse thoroughly after use.
KForce Toothpaste is best used in conjunction with KForce Breath Guard Gel (toothpaste for the teeth and gel for the tongue). However if you are only going to use the toothpaste, then you should also use it to clean your tongue surface. To do this apply the paste to the tongue surface for 60sec with your toothbrush. Brush the paste deep into the tongue surface with a gentle action. Then clean the paste off with a tongue cleaner. Repeat this process. In other words you clean the tongue surface twice. |
