About Sofresh Hygiene Kit Sofresh Hygiene Kit is a combination of our recommended tongue cleaner and toothbrush packaged together. We have been using these revolutionary hygiene aids for years and find that they are the most efficient in keeping the tongue, teeth and gums clean.
The toothbrush has extra soft dual layered bristles and the tongue cleaner is a low profile head that allows you to clean right to the gag reflex. You need both a tongue cleaner and a toothbrush to clean your mouth correctly and efficiently.
How To Use Sofresh Hygiene Kit
Place a small amount of KForce Gel on the SoFresh Toothbrush. This should be no more than a pea size amount as it is a concentrate. Gently brush this gel into the Tongue Surface right to the gag reflex for up to one minute. Work the gel into the grooves of the tongue paying particular attention not to be rough on the tongue or to make the tongue bleed.
After one minute take the SoFresh Tongue Cleaner and clean the gel off the tongue using full sweeping strokes starting from the gag reflex coming forward till you drop off the tip of the tongue. This should take about 4 swipes with the tongue cleaner to get the tongue totally clean.
Repeat the tongue brushing again but this time with the KForce Toothpaste. Leaving the toothpaste on the tongue continue on and clean your teeth and gums with the SoFresh Toothbrush. Hold the toothbrush on the grips in the middle of the brush. make sure not to use more pressure than you would apply with two fingers. After cleaning the teeth, gums, cheeks, and roof of mouth for approximately one minute you can spit out and rinse your mouth with water.
The SoFresh Toothbrush is an ultra soft brush with dual bristles so it will clean far more efficiently than any other brush available. The brush and cleaner should be changed every three months for hygiene reasons.
